Loan application ready for e-signature

A two-page commercial loan application turned into a fillable PDF ready for Adobe Acrobat Sign.

The problem

Flat PDF forms get printed, scanned and retyped. A fillable version with signer fields goes straight to e-signature.

What I built

• Text fields with dollar and date formats, working check boxes and single-choice groups.
• Signature, name, title and date fields for each signer, named the way Acrobat Sign assigns them.
• Logical tab order and fields sized to fit the entries.

How it was tested

• 8 of 8 form tests: required fields, formats, single choice, entries kept after save and reopen, signer fields.
